From the start Scott was attentive to our needs for a complete design and thorough estimate. He also was very complete with his job start up estimation. His crew arrived the first day and each one of them introduced themselves to my family. This is unheard and added a very nice touch to our comfort level. As the crew moved along with their work, they explained every step of the way. Every change that came up was discussed at length.
At the conclusion of each day his crew cleaned up as if it were their own property. This was very comforting.
In the end, we chose giant "rip rap" boulders and not only did their design and workmanship live up to our expectation, but exceeded anything we've seen before. Our new paver sidewalk, was done as well as any workmanship in Central NY.
